Governance

The Laserfiche Steering Committee will establish conventions and recommend best practices to promote an efficient enterprise deployment of Laserfiche document management among participating campuses and agencies of The Texas A&M University System. The committee will meet bimonthly to provide guidance to the CIS Laserfiche implementation team, that reports to the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer, for key decisions such as software enhanced features and new releases. Committee members will also communicate Laserfiche issues with the organizations they represent.
