Generic Forms Approval Process

Shared Services has developed a generic forms approval process that allows users to submit documents online for approval. We have a copy of the process in the Community of Practice repository. It has a download of the business process, a set-up user guide and a guide for end users. The generic forms process can be used to approve documents dynamically through multiple approvers. At the end of the process, all the associated documents and the form are saved in the repository. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we are distributing this process free of cost to our customers to take advantage of the online approval process.

If you have any issues or need any help installing/configuring the process in your environment, please send us a request using the request portal. Please choose ‘Laserfiche Application Configuration’ when making the request.
